DESCRIPTION
Convergent Technologies Design Group has provided acoustical design services for the Canton Crossing Development project to be located in Baltimore, Maryland. This multi-phase project will utilize our services in a 200,000 gsf office structure,
a 30,000 gsf attached retail space, a 15,000 stand alone retail space and a 700 car parking structure either to be constructed below the office building or as a stand alone garage. This design concept for a waterfront luxury residential building in Baltimore, MD,
includes ground-level retail, an indoor and outdoor pool, community space, a sky lobby, and five level
garage. The completion of this phase of the project is expected to be sometime in 2017.
