University of Maryland, College Park-Patterson Hall

Originally built in 1937 and expanded in 1967, H.J. Patterson Hall sits on the summit of
one of the highest hills on campus. As a component of the Plant Science and Landscape Architecture Departments, the facility also houses one of the largest collections of soil monoliths (soil profiles) in the United States. This project renovates the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the historical building. Convergent Technologies NY’s scope for this project includes telecommunications systems design with supporting infrastructure. This project is currently in design development and expected to be under construction in late 2014.
